This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the cancellation of orders and the issuance of refunds for purchases made through our website or via direct orders. This includes, but is not limited to, premium add-on services such as antivirus, server-side security backups, CDN networks, and multilingual premium add-ons. It also applies to all other services provided by us, such as online advertising and SEO. Each service may have its specific cancellation and refund terms, which are either outlined individually or grouped by service type.
When placing an order for web design services, you are required to pay a 50% advance of the total order cost. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 to 10 days following the completion of the order. For all other services, including social media marketing, social media promotion, SEO, and similar offerings, full payment is required at the time of order placement to commence work.
We offer various premium add-on services, including server-side website security, multilingual language support, high-speed CDN networks, and cloud backups. Billing for these services is available on either a monthly or annual basis. If you opt for a monthly payment plan, the service will continue on this cycle without the option to switch to an annual plan until the time for renewal at the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your order and request a refund within 15 days of the delivery of the website or service completion. During this period, you are eligible for a full refund, except for any server- or domain-related charges which are non-refundable.
After the 15-day period, no refunds or cancellations will be processed, and changes to the billing cycle or plan will not be permitted.
We offer a range of online advertising services, including social media promotions on platforms such as Meta Advertisement (formerly Facebook), Google Ads, and YouTube, among others. For these services, you must pay an 18% GST on the total ad spend and service charges, as mandated by the Indian Tax Regulation Act.
Cancellation of these services must be notified at least 30 days in advance. Refunds for any unspent ad budget can be processed; however, service charges are non-refundable once the campaign has commenced.
Our SEO services are available in two packages: a 6-month package and a 1-year package. Payment for these services must be made in one installment, either for the full 6 months or for the year at the time of order placement.
Cancellations of SEO service packages are not permitted once the service period has commenced, and no refunds will be provided as the resources allocated cannot be redirected.
Our cloud backup and security services, which cover platforms including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, are governed by specific terms and conditions related to cloud backup and security. Please refer to our detailed service agreement for more information.
Please note that certain services, including domain registrations, SSL certificates, and special software licenses, are non-refundable once purchased, as they are specific to your requirements and cannot be reissued or resold.
In the event of a dispute, parties will first attempt to resolve the issue informally, through negotiation and mediation. Should these efforts fail, the dispute will be resolved exclusively in the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaisalmer. This provision is intended to facilitate a quicker and more cost-effective resolution to any legal matters that may arise.

– Legal Compliance: This policy is crafted in accordance with current legal standards and best practices. In the event of a dispute, the terms outlined here will be subject to adjudication in a court of law.
